2 Dead, Four Hurt In Bloomingdale House Fire

BLOOMINGDALE, Ill. (CBS) ― Two people are dead and four others injured in a house fire near Bloomingdale, authorities said.
The fire broke out Monday afternoon in the 24W600 block of Lawrence Avenue in unincorporated DuPage county, a county sheriff's spokeswoman said.
The DuPage County Coroner is on the scene. The injured people were taken to area hospitals.
Several large mansions are located in the wooded neighborhood. According to dispatch reports, the blaze destroyed a two-story wood framed home.
Details about the victims or the circumstances surrounding the fire were not immediately available.
