CHICAGO (STNG) -- Two teenage boys and a man were arrested after allegedly carjacking an Oldsmobile Alero from a Winnetka woman and crashing the car on the West Side Thursday night.
About 8:50 p.m., a 24-year-old Winnetka woman called 911 to report the 2004 Oldsmobile Alero she was driving was taken from her at gunpoint near the intersection of North Karlov and West West End avenues, according to police.
A short time later, officers patrolling the area spotted the car and a pursuit ensued, a Harrison District police lieutenant said.
