Reward for info on note left at Naperville high school

NAPERVILLE, Ill. (STNG)  -- Naperville Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for leaving a threatening note found at Naperville Central High School in late October.

Due to the specific nature of the threats in the note, a soft lockdown of the school was conducted on Oct. 30, according to a release from Crime Stoppers. Students were directed to stay in their classrooms until the Naperville police were able to ensure the safety of students and staff.

Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has any information about it or the suspect involved, to call Crime Stoppers, (630) 420-6006.

Callers may remain anonymous and a reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for the information that leads to an arrest in this incident.

Naperville police are investigating.
