1 dead, car mangled in crash
|
CHICAGO (CBS/STNG) ― A deadly crash on the city's West Side left a car so mangled that officers couldn't even tell what make or model it was.
Police say the car flipped over and crumpled around 11:40 p.m. Sunday when it struck a viaduct on Ogden Avenue near Western Avenue.
One person was trapped inside and later pronounced dead.
Police say they are not sure if anyone else was involved in the crash, and that its make and model were unrecognizable.
