Shedd Aquarium extends hours for holiday
|
CHICAGO (AP) - The Shedd Aquarium will be open later this Fourth of July weekend.
Instead of its usual 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. summer hours, the Shedd Aquarium will be open until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The Oceanarium exhibit will close at 8 p.m. and the Wild Reef exhibit at 9 p.m.
Also, through Sunday the Shedd Aquarium, just south of downtown Chicago, will host special family activities and give away free Shedd pins.
