DeMOTTE, In. -- A Jasper County, Ind. woman who was killed and buried in a shallow grave was put in a trunk before her death, according to charges.
Cousins Mathew Henderson and Christopher Henderson are being charged with assisting a criminal in the death of Rosalba "Sylvia" Ricchio, 54.
According to the charges filed, the Hendersons both got into a car knowing that Ricchio had been put into the trunk and then helped bury her body. The charges are a Class C felony.
Aaron Flynn, 26, has been charged with killing Ricchio.
According to officials, Ricchio died between 10 p.m. March 9 and 1 a.m. March 11 after she was taken from her DeMotte home to a spot northwest of Newton County Roads 75W and 1100N. A coroner's report said she died there from blunt force trauma to the head and neck.
Officials said Flynn and the Hendersons buried her there. Her body was discovered after Flynn was arrested and confessed to police that he knew where she was.
