Billboard: U2 Coming To Soldier Field

CHICAGO -- Billboard reports that U2 will kick off their upcoming American tour on September 12th at Soldier Field. The tour is being titled, "Kiss the Future" and comes in support of the ban's latest release, "No Line On The Horizon." Following the stop in Chicago, they will play stadiums through much of the Fall. The American portion of the tour comes after they play Europe during August. In recent years, Soldier Field has hosted concerts by Kenny Chesney, Bon Jovi, and The Rolling Stones. U2 last played the stadium on their Popmart Tour in 1997.
