GARY--The Lake County Coroner has confirmed a fatal crash in northwest Indiana on Wednesday evening.
A team from the coroner’s office went to the scene of the crash near 47th Avenue and Broadway in Gary about 3:50 p.m., according to a coroner’s office spokesman. One adult was killed in the crash.
The Gary Police Dept. was not immediately available for comment.
