Two Girls Hit By Car In Northwest Suburb



DES PLAINES, Ill. (STNG)  -- wo 14-year-old girls were hospitalized Monday afternoon after being struck by a car near northwest suburban Des Plaines.

Two ambulances from the North Maine Fire Protection District were dispatched to Golf and Dee roads about 3 p.m., according to a battalion chief from the district. 

The two 14-year-old girls were pedestrians struck by a car, and were taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge in unknown conditions, the chief said.

Further details were not immediately available.
