CALUMET CITY, Ill. (STNG)  -- South Suburban police are looking for anyone with information about a shooting that left a 23-year-old Chicago man dead Friday night.

Calumet City police found Ruben Marcado of 8624 S. Houston Ave. in Chicago in a backyard at 437 Garfield Ave. in Calumet City after responding to reports of shots fired about 6 p.m. Friday, according to a release from police.

Witnesses told police four suspects fled the area in a boxy type vehicle.

Marcado was initially taken to Saint Margaret Mercy Hospital in Hammond, Ind., police said. He was airlifted to John H.
