CHICAGO (WBBM) -- While most of the Republican presidential candidates are battling it out in the early primaries and caucuses, one of them has been virtually under the radar.
Former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani is focusing all of his money and attention on the upcoming February 5th primaries including Illinois'. WBBM's Regine Schlesinger reports his supporters here think it's a sound strategy.
Giuliani decided not to compete in the early rounds. Is that a risky strategy? One of his prominent Illinois supporters, former governor Jim Thompson, doesn't think so.
