WINAMAC, Ind. (AP) -- Police have issued an Amber Alert for a 16-year-old north central Indiana girl who was reported missing and may have been abducted.

Wagner has a fair complexion and shoulder-length brownish blonde hair. She is 5-foot-3 and weighs 109 pounds. She was last seen wearing black pants, a white shirt and black and pink tennis shoes. She has ear and belly piercings.
