CHICAGO (STNG) -- Nine parks in the city have been recommended by the Chicago Park District for residents to view their array of fall foliage.
As the season changes from summer to fall the park district is urging residents to visit certain parks and preserves throughout the city to view the best fall foliage, a Chicago Park District release stated.
The nine places to see colorful fall foliage are: Columbus Woodland, Gompers Park, Humboldt Park, Paul Douglas Nature Sanctuary in Jackson Park, Bill Jarvis Sanctuary in Lincoln Park, North Village Nature Center and Preserve, Ronan, West Pullman and Washington Park.
