Woman robs taco joint at gunpoint

CHICAGO (STMW) -- Police are looking for the woman who robbed a Logan Square taqueria at gunpoint Tuesday night on the Northwest Side.
The armed woman robbed the establishment in the 3300 block of West Armitage Avenue of unidentified proceeds about 7:45 p.m., according to police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer, who was citing preliminary information.
Police said the establishment was La Estrella taqueria at 3309 W. Armitage Ave.
The woman, dressed in a black jacket and black skull cap, fled in a dark-colored vehicle, Greer said.
Nobody was injured, Greer said.
Grand Central Area detectives are investigating, but nobody is in custody early Wednesday.
