Toyota High School Athlete of the Week

Newsradio 780, Toyota, and ChicagoSports.com are proud to announce the Toyota High School Athlete Of The Week!

If you know a high school athlete who deserves recognition for his/her accomplishments along with a donation to their school’s athletic department, make your nomination every week between noon Friday and 6 p.m. Monday.

Completely fill out the official nomination form below; then listen to WBBM Newsradio 780 every Friday at 6:15 and 8:15 for the weekly winner!

We’ll also feature the weekly winning athlete right here on wbbm780.com!

The winner will also be awarded with a commemorative certificate, and Toyota will make a generous $500 donation to his/her school’s athletic department.
