1) Cincinnati, OH based company is largest personal care and consumer Products Company in the world. Starting with the current fiscal year ending in June, PG breaks itself into three global business units. They are Beauty, e.g. Olay, Health and Well Being, e.g. Prilosec OTC, and Household care, e.g. Tide.
2) Company delivers consistent sales and earnings year after year. A conservative view of its annual sales growth is at least 5%. Earnings should grow at a rate of 11% on a compounded basis through FY 2012.
3) PG still has in effect a stock buyback program of about $9 billion for each of the next three fiscal years through 2010.
4) The $54 billion Gillette company acquisition of 2005 will finally start paying off in FY 2009 after being thoroughly absorbed currently with no further charges to earnings.
America Movil (AMX-nyse) closing price 3-14-08: $58.84 per ADR
1) Mexico based wireless telecom company The Company is largest provider in Latin America and is among the ten largest such companies in the world.
2) The company has proposed paying $846 million in dividends next month. Moreover, the company has announced that it will continue to buyback stock valued over $5 billion this calendar year.
3) The company says it will generate well over $25 billion in free cash flow over the next three years. This number exceeds its debt by a wide margin. This leaves much flexibility for acquisitions even though the company is buying in their own stock.
4) Earnings per ADR should exceed $4 this year and over $5 next year.
