Sept. 26: Hester Gives it a Go

PROMISING?
While still admitting to some soreness, Bears return star Devin Hester returned to practice on a limited basis Thursday at Halas Hall.

His status for Sunday remains questionable.

However, receiver Brandon Lloyd is nursing a sore hip and did not participate. Neither did Tommie Harris.  Alex Brown and Nathan Vasher all were limited in practice.

Eagles stars Donovan McNabb and Brian Westbrook missed practice for a second straight day.

MORE PLAYING TIME FOR GRAHAM AND ROACH

Young defensive players like cornerback Corey Graham and linebacker Nick Roach are earning more snaps in various packages. Both were on the field last Sunday against the Bucs. Both are also outstanding special teams players. Roach is an outstanding athlete and flashed in preseason playing linebacker. Graham is gobbling up playing time in the Bears run package
