CHICAGO (WBBM) - After going on national TV to call her engagement to Drew Peterson a publicity "stunt", Christina Raines is now reportedly going to tell her story to police.
Raines' father Ernie tells the Joliet Herald, Illinois State Police are expected to question his daughter today about the time she spent living with Peterson and the ring he reportedly gave her when he asked her to marry him.
Authorities continue to investigate the disappearance of Peterson's fourth wife, Stacy, and the death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. Peterson has repeatedly said he had nothing to do with either case.
As for the so-called publicity stunt, Raines and her father appeared on the CBS "Early Show" to claim her engagement was just that.
However, Peterson and his attorney have denied the allegation claiming instead, in a statement released by publicity firm, that Peterson's engagement to Raines appears to be a publicity grab orchestrated by Raines' father.
