Party Leads To Sex Assault Charges

WHEATON, Ill. (STNG) - A 32-year-old Westmont man has been charged with criminal sexual assault after a Downers Grove house party.

Adrian Reyes-Gutierrez remains held at the DuPage County Jail on $250,000 bond on charges after the July 28 party.

According to court records, Reyes-Gutierrez allegedly assaulted an 18-year-old girl while she was unable to give consent.

A DuPage County grand jury confirmed the charges this week with a two-count indictment of criminal sexual assault, for which Reyes-Gutierrez is scheduled for arraignment Monday.
