Girl missing from Plano is found

PLANO, Ill. (WBBM) - Charges are pending against a Plano woman accused of illegally taking off with her 3-year-old daughter yesterday morning. An Amber Alert for the girl has been cancelled after Chicago police found the pair safe this morning on the West Side.
Rheanoon Jerman disappeared yesterday from her home in far west suburban Plano. Police Lieutenant Jonathan Whowell says she was taken by her mother, 40-year-old Theresa Harskey who had lost custody because of a history of drug abuse.
She's accused of taking off with the child in violation of a court order of protection. Now, Lt. Whowell says they've been found on Chicago's West Side. Chicago police say they acted on a tip and found the girl and her mother in an apartment on Whipple near Jackson.
Charges are pending against Harskey. The little girl is said to be fine and unharmed during the time she was missing.
