WINNETKA. (CBS) ― A trusted figure skating trainer is charged with having inappropriate relations with underage girls.
Police in Winnetka arrested 42-year-old Erik Pedersen. He is charged with sexually abusing two girls.
Cook County prosecutors say both of the alleged victims are figure skaters, and were being trained by Pedersen. They were 15 at the time. His business is now closed and he is out on $250,000 bond.
Sources familiar with the investigation say there may be more victims.
