CHICAGO (STNG)  -- Have you completed your income taxes yet? If you live in Chicago, chances are you're still putting it off.

According to a tally of tax returns filed inline via the Turbo Tax service from April 14 - 17, 2007, Chicago is the top procrastinating city in the United States when it comes to filing income tax returns.

Intuit, the maker of Turbo Tax products, has for the past seven years tallied last-minute online tax filings to find out which American cities are the biggest procrastinators when it comes to filing federal income tax returns.

Chicago, which was No. 2 on the list last year, is the top procrastinating city now, according to a release from Intuit. New York is No. 2 on the list and Houston is at No. 3, according to the release.
